PETROL CLEANER is a totally eco-friendly water-based degreasing agent recommended for the removal of oils and hydrocarbon-based substances from all surfaces.

PETROL CLEANER has been developed in research laboratories on the basis of market needs, which increasingly require the use of environmentally friendly substances and has an innovative composition, unrivalled in the specific sector, of natural and vegetable substances with a very high level of biodegradability.

PETROL CLEANER does not dissolve the dirt, but breaks it down, applying a repulsive action that detaches it from the surfaces as well as preventing its regrouping.

PETROL CLEANER is particularly active and effective for the removal of hydrocarbon-based impurities in the petrochemical and mechanical industries, allowing the cleaning of plants, tools and work surfaces, preventing the oxidation of materials and the creation of limestone incrustations. This product is ideal both for manual work than for cleaning machines that use water or steam under pressure.

Components in the mixture coming into contact with hydrocarbons in liquid or gaseous phase, have a disruptive effect on the molecules, creating a repulsion between them.

This repulsion is also activated towards the surface with which the dirt is in contact. This action therefore tends to fragment the hydrocarbon-based component into individual particles, which can be easily removed from the cleaning machine’s thrust fluid, which is usually water or steam, or simply removed mechanically by rubbing a cloth or brush.

The disintegration action is prompt, and its effectiveness is immediately evident.

PETROL CLEANER, being a non-aggressive agent, can be used in any plant without removing plastics, glass, membranes or other critical items that are generally not compatible with aggressive detergents.

OIL SYSTEMS: maintenance and cleaning of valves, pipes, heat exchangers, tanks, reactors, pumps, gears, etc..
DEGASSIFICATION OF TANKS AND PIPES: hydrocarbons in gaseous state will be neutralized when Petrol Cleaner is sprayed with the help of ULV or steam.
CHEMICAL INDUSTRY: degassing of pipes, plants, reactors and cleaning of chemical liquids reducing their characteristics and making them less dangerous.
MECHANICAL INDUSTRY: cleaning and removal of greases, oils, lubricants, care of the working environment, work areas, tools, etc..
AUTOMOTIVE: all degreasing activities.
PORTS AND AIRPORTS: used for cleaning tanks, machinery and greasy surfaces, it eliminates odours and all traces of grease and oil. Full compatibility with special materials used in these fields.

Ecoenergy2mme recommends the use of Petrol Cleaner after the ordinary removal of the large quantity of oils/hydrocarbons in the tanks, in fact after the application of the product, the hydrocarbon will not be used as before, as partially or totally disjointed.

Petrol Cleaner prevents the formation of oil/hydrocarbon deposits on surfaces by separating these molecules into micro particles that can be easily removed.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

APPLICATION AND DOSAGE

NORMAL CLEANING: Spray or atomize the product on the dirty surface, leave for a few seconds and remove using absorbent paper. Rinse if necessary.

INTENSIVE AND DEEP CLEANING: spraying o atomizing directly on the dirty surface, leave to act for a few seconds, and brush the surface afterwards, then remove everything using absorbent paper or a cloth. Rinse if necessary.
A high-pressure cleaneror steam machine is recommended.

MECHANICAL CLEANING: use the product with a high-pressure washing machine; set the dosage of the product according to the needs of the particular case (it is recommended to start with a 10% and possibly reduce the concentration up to the optimum level). For a good result of the application, please follow the usage rules in relation to type of contamination that needs to be eliminated.

Using a pressure machine with hot water (min. suggested temperature 60°) or a machine with steam pressure, it is possible to improve efficiency, resulting in time and financial savings.

TANKS: since PETROL CLEANER has been specifically formulated for applications in the Oil&Gas segment for hydrocarbons, it represents an optimal solution in the application related to the removal of these components in tanks. PETROL CLEANER is initially sprayed into the tank for gas disintegration and inerting.

Then the bottom and walls are sprayed with a normal pressure pump or with the normal systems already used. Finally the wastewater will be extracted through suction pumps.
No special pumps are required.

The correct dosage depends on the characteristics of the tank and the type of hydrocarbons to be removed. On request Ecoenergy2mme can carry out a detailed analysis of the needs, so that experts can develop a treatment program that corresponds to the specific issues.

Note: at high temperature the product increases efficency without losing its features.

It is usually not mandatory to store it in a cool, ventilated area. It can also be stored outdoors at a temperature > 4° C.

Ensure the container is hermetically sealed.

Storage duration

With the storage conditions mentioned the expiration of the product in the warehouse will be 12 months after shipment from the factory.

All statements, technical information and recommendations contained in this document are based on tests carried out by Ecoenrgy2mme and other internationally accredited external laboratories. Ecoenergy2mme confirms that Petrol Cleaner products will be supplied to the customer without any defects.

In the event that the delivered product is recognized as defective, Ecoenergy2mme undertakes to replace the product completely free of charge, through its own dealer, within one month from the date of receipt of the goods by the Buyer. Considering that the conditions of use of this product are beyond the Seller’s control, Ecoenergy2mme does not guarantee the final result.

The Buyer may contact the Seller to carry out tests, completely free of charge, to verify the suitability of the products with regard to the application concerned and the guarantee of the final result.

The Buyer accepts all risks of the use and handling of this product and the company Ecoenergy2mme shall have no liability for any harm, loss or damage resulting from the use or inability to use the product. This product will be replaced if it has a manufacturing or packaging defect or if it is damaged (according to the above condition). With the exception of this replacement, Seller shall not be liable for any damage caused by this product or its use. The statements and recommendations given in this document are considered to be accurate at the time of publication.
